MyZone, a designated area that offers gluten-free products and separate equipment for those following a gluten-free lifestyle. MyZone is outfitted with a dedicated microwave, toaster and refrigerator allowing students to make their own meal to have at Higgins or to go. In addition, every station at Higgins Cafe has clearly labeled menus items (GF) that display the allergen information. Our chefs and staff have been trained on food allergies and understand the importance of presenting cross contamination of items during preparation and service.
